The parking space is the no.81 in front of the entrance
Please be careful when entering and exiting — the driveway is quite narrow.
Please use parking space No. 81 on the right.
The bin shed is at the end of the right-hand parking spot.
Just open the door and you’ll see it, or you can come straight through from the door in the backyard.
Please bring the bins out directly from the backyard and put on the kerb, the same as neighbours on Wednesday nights
And put it back after the rubbish has been collected.
Please make sure your rubbish is properly bagged and sorted.
Do not leave rubbish in common areas. The building may issue fines for incorrect disposal.
In case of emergency, always call 000.
