Garbage rooms are on the left side of the building (next to the garage)
Walk to the Ground floor, and out of the building entrance
Turn right to the driveway and walk down to the garage, you can find the garbage rooms
Please take your garbage in the bin after you check out.
Left rubbish behind after check-out will apply excess cleaning fee.
*Make sure all waste is bagged, tied and put in the bin.*
Use the recyclable 2 eco bags
Walk out the building and turn right to driveway.
Walk down to the garage
Find the bins by colors
Call 000 when
seriously injured / urgent medical help

witnessed a serious accident / crime
Wash any used dishes and utensils
Clean the oven if used
Take all garbage to the bin outside
*Turn off air-condition/ heater and appliance*
*Close all the doors and windows*
Return the keys back to padlock when check-out.
Leaving keys inside the unit when check-out will be counted as late check-out, fines apply
Simply leave the key in the padlock
Please make sure it is locked.
