This building bans Airbnb, we got permission from the strata
But doesn't mean all workers in the receptions aware of the situation
They might deactivate your key card if they know you are from Airbnb.

As you walk to the entrance of the building, follow the railings
You can find the padlock in bushes
Open the padlock by code : 3680
Garbage room at the same floor (near the lift)
Please take your garbage in the bin after you check out.
Left rubbish behind after check-out will apply excess cleaning fee
Make sure all waste is bagged, tied and put in the bin
Call 000 when
seriously injured / urgent medical help
life / property is being threatened
witnessed a serious accident / crime
Wash any used dishes and utensils
Clean the oven if used
Take all garbage to the bin outside
*Turn off air-condition/ heater and appliance*
*Close all the doors and windows*
Please return the room card and keys to the lockbox and make sure the lid is properly closed.
Failure to do so on time may result in a fine of A$180 or more.
