Our client - Elyse lives in New Zealand and due to work purpose she needs to travel in between AU and OZ multiple times in a year. She was inspired by holiday home idea and wanted to use her own place while she is in Sydney and rent out as a hotel when she is away. The property was used for long term rental in the past so Elyse cannot stay in her own property in the past.
