The city of Penrith is located in New South Wales, Australia, 55 kilometers (31 miles) west of Sydney. It is situated on the banks of the Nepean River, on the edge of Cumberland Plain.
There are numerous suburbs surrounding Penrith. Penrith itself is generally a built-up area. There are units on both sides of the rail line, both north and south of the city. In addition to these areas, the Kingswood area is a great investment because of its high yield and proximity to the university, hospital and CBD.
