Less daily involvement
KozyGuru supports guest communication, booking operations, cleaning coordination and property follow-up so owners do not need to manage every detail themselves.
KozyGuru began with a simple belief: short-stay accommodation should feel more reliable for guests. Over time, that belief grew into a management model designed to help property owners enjoy hosting without being tied to the day-to-day.

Short-stay management experience across Australia and selected overseas markets.
Experience across apartments, homes, investment properties and larger accommodation portfolios.
An origin story shaped by more reliable stays and less overwhelming hosting.
A management model designed to keep owners informed without asking them to handle the day-to-day.
KozyGuru was founded after our founder experienced the uncertainty travellers can face when booking short-term stays. Photos, promises and real stays do not always line up. From the beginning, KozyGuru set out to create a more consistent, up-to-standard experience for guests while helping owners manage their properties with more confidence.
A short-stay should feel prepared, clean, accessible and close to what was promised before arrival.
Hosting should not depend on constant messages, last-minute fixes and daily operational pressure.
Airbnb and short-stay hosting can be a positive way to use a property, but daily operations can become demanding. Guest communication, cleaning, linen, pricing, maintenance, check-in, owner approvals and unexpected issues all take time. KozyGuru exists to reduce that day-to-day pressure while keeping owners informed about the things that matter.
KozyGuru supports guest communication, booking operations, cleaning coordination and property follow-up so owners do not need to manage every detail themselves.
Owners can stay informed through communication, statements, reporting and approval controls for property-specific matters.
From setup and launch to ongoing operations, KozyGuru helps owners understand what may be suitable before recommending next steps.
Since 2016, KozyGuru has managed around 1,000 properties across Australia and selected overseas markets. This reflects KozyGuru’s experience over the years, not a claim about current active listings.

KozyGuru’s operating model has developed over years of short-stay management experience. It brings together guest communication, booking support, cleaning coordination, owner reporting and local coordination where available, so owners can stay informed without running the day-to-day operation themselves.
Guest communication, booking support, reporting and management workflows are supported by KozyGuru’s wider operations team.
In selected markets, local hosting partners and property contacts can assist with practical matters such as access, setup, cleaning coordination and follow-up where needed.
Owners stay involved in key decisions through clearer communication, monthly statements and approval steps for material property matters.
Short-stay management is not only about online listings. Local knowledge, property access, cleaning standards, guest readiness and practical coordination can all affect how smoothly a property operates. KozyGuru continues to build its Local Expert Network so more owners can access centralised support with local understanding.
