A $250 referral reward may be paid per eligible property after the referred property completes three months of management and maintains at least 80% total calendar availability during the qualifying period. Approved referral rewards are recorded through the owner statement process, subject to KozyGuru confirmation and program conditions.
The referred owner may choose an upfront welcome reward, such as professional property photos support to help present the property more clearly where suitable, subject to KozyGuru confirmation and campaign conditions. Upfront welcome rewards are conditional on the referred property completing three months of management. If management ends before the qualifying period is completed, the reward value may be charged or deducted during final account settlement.
Calendar availability means dates that are available for guest bookings. Owner-blocked dates and maintenance blocks are not counted as available dates. Referral rewards are assessed per eligible property, not per owner. If the same referred owner adds another eligible property, it may be treated as a separate referral.
